Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Korina! I'm so excited that you'll be visiting the
Happiest Place on Earth soon and that you're pre-planning your snacks. Bringing food and a reusable water bottle are some of my favorite cost-saving tips when visiting the Disneyland Resort!
Korina, you're welcome to bring any food items you like, except certain types of food containers found on the prohibited item list. Currently, glass containers are not allowed, unless it is small jars of baby food. So I would leave your favorite Pyrex dish at home and use your favorite non-glass container! Additionally, Guests may not bring loose or dry ice inside their coolers, so you will want to use reusable ice packs to keep any food cool. I encourage you to read the
Disneyland Park Rules and Regulations to help with your food planning! It is up to the Cast Members at the Security Screening Area to determine whether certain items are allowed, so making sure to abide by the rules will ensure a seamless start to your magical visit.
On to the second part of your question! If you or someone in your party
needs a wheelchair, they are
available for rent to the right of Disneyland Park's Main Entrance. You can
read more about the rental process and current rates on the Disneyland website. Please note that some rides inside Disneyland Park have queues that aren't wheelchair accessible; at any of these attractions, you will want to speak with a Cast Member on how to use the Location Return Time. To see a list of the rides offering this service, please visit the
Accessing Attractions Queue on the Disneyland website.
I hope this information helps, Korina. If you think of any others, please feel free to visit us again. We'd love to help!
See ya real soon,
Melissa
