Do you do a food package for the parks how much is the cost and how often can you use the pass every hour every 90 mins or longer

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for returning to planDisney with another great question! I’m so happy you find our advice helpful, and I’m happy to talk through options for your upcoming trip.

Walt Disney World Resort doesn’t have a food package in the way you describe. Some of our local theme parks in Virginia offer this so I know the style you’re asking about, where it’s a set fee and you can have a meal or snack at set time intervals throughout your visit.

Good news, though – dining plans are returning to Disney World in 2024, so this may be a great option for your family. There are two plans, both of which include a set number of meals and snacks per person, per night. This is applied as a set fee for the length of your stay when staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I like knowing most of our meals are paid for ahead of time so we can focus on the fun during our trip.

I love the flexibility that the dining plans offer, Kevin. Rather than watching the clock for your timed interval of allowance for an additional meal, you have all of your meals and snacks in your account at the start of your trip. Your family can then use the meals and snacks as you wish – perhaps one day it’s all about snacks, and another day you use two meals towards a special character meal experience. The choice is yours! Dining plans are accepted at a wide variety of dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, and you can even use your dining plan to place mobile orders on the go

Each person will also receive a Resort Refillable Mug with the purchase of a dining plan, which is a must-buy for my family on each trip. These fun Disney-themed cups with a handle and lid can be refilled as many times as you wish during your stay at any Disney resort. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, lemonade, and sodas are included in this offer. I use mine each morning, for quick service resort meals, and especially around the pool.

Please take a look at both the Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan to see which one may suit your family’s style based on what each includes. Let us know what other questions you have as you finalize the details of this special trip – we love to help bring clarity to the planning process and help you make the most of your stay.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
