Can I take food inside the Disneyland park? What things are allowed?

    Hi Paulyna!
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, where I'm happy to answer your questions about the Disneyland Resort!
To be honest, I can't imagine a trip to the Parks without packing light food items for my two boys!
I usually arrive prepared with fruit pouches, yogurt and cheese crackers. I also like bringing juice boxes and grapes in case they get the munchies and we happen to be waiting in line for an attraction or show or if we still have a long time to go before our dining reservation.
I will say that the Disneyland Resort has an established set of rules regarding outside food.
Guests are generally encouraged to use a complimentary picnic area outside of the Disneyland Park in order to eat their own meals before entering the Parks, especially since certain food containers are not allowed inside. But overall, you are able to bring your own food without a problem.
Do keep in mind though-- the Disneyland Resort has plenty of amazing dining and snack options for all tastes and budgets. These include things such as fresh fruit, pretzels with hummus, turkey legs, tasty candy apples, churros chocolate covered frozen bananas, Mickey-shaped beignets...I mean, the options are endless!
I hope you enjoy a Magical time with delicious treats!
