Disney's Hollywood Studios for snacks and beverages late into the evening.
I used your arrival date as the date to search for dining options, as I see that Hollywood Studios is offering Extended Evening Hours that day. Here's a list of establishments that display operating hours for Extended Evening Hours on May 11th:

You'll have a good variety of places to choose from to get snacks, drinks, or more substantial fare.
