Do the food carts around the various parks accept credit cards for payment for food/snacks? My daughter (22) is making her first solo trip in 2 weeks & doesn't want to carry a lot of cash.

    Hey Dana,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your daughter is one lucky lady to have a solo trip on the horizon!

Rest assured that credit cards are accepted at almost all food and merchandise locations throughout the parks so I don't think she'll have any trouble at all keeping cash to a minimum.

I will mention that if your daughter is staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, she also has the option to charge her purchases to her room account via her MagicBand. This adds another layer of security as she won't even need to have her credit card in the parks! If this is something she wishes to do, she'll just need to set up charging privileges at the Front Desk of her Resort Hotel by leaving a credit card on file and setting a pin number to use when making purchases.

Wishing your daughter a magical adventure, Dana. Please stop by if you have any other questions!

    Happy planning,
