Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Suliana!
Thanks for stopping by with this excellent question! We love being able to sprinkle a little pixie dust on all your Disney vacation plans.
You are most definitely allowed to bring food items—such as snacks or foods that do not require heating—inside the
4 Disney Theme Parks and 2 Disney Water Parks. I suggest that whatever snacks you carry be non-perishable items, since the sun's heat will bear down on you all day. I generally pack Ritz Crackers, goldfish, animal crackers, fruit bars, protein bars and granola bars for my entire crew.
Please be sure to inform a Security Cast Member of any food items when you enter the theme parks. You may also bring drinks into the parks. However, take care to observe the rules. Glass containers (except for baby food) and any type of alcoholic beverages are
not permitted. That said, non-alcoholic liquids in plastic containers are perfectly fine to take inside the parks with you.
You may bring a small soft sided cooler, but nothing on wheels. Follow the link provided here to view a
list of items not permitted inside Disney theme parks.
Did You Know? You can ask for a free cup of ice water at any
Counter Service dining location found throughout the Disney theme parks. This can save you money, keep you hydrated and eliminate the need to carry drinks.
I hope this was helpful information, Suliana. Please come back to visit us again soon with more Disney vacation planning questions. We'll be here!
Wishing you a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
