I have been following the panel suggestions for sit down dinners, and have successfully made some great reservations based on the recommendations. My question though is what are the best recommended snacks at the parks and cant miss quick service? Thanks!

    Mandi:

Here are my TOP 10 Favs:

    1. DoleWhip Float: found in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom this pineapple-flavored soft-serve ice cream sits in a refreshing pool of pineapple juice perfect for Florida's warm weather.
    2. Churro: found near Liberty Square in MK in vendor carts, it's hard to stop at just one.
    3. Free drink samples from around the world at Club Cool in Epcot. All-you-can-drink + free = Must-do.
    4. Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches: Pick your favorite flavor of Edy's ice cream at the parlor between Plaza Restaurant and the Main Street Bakery and slap it between two chocolate chip cookies and you have a snack that honestly is a sugary meal!
    5. ANYTHING at the bakery counters at Sunshine Seasons or Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot.
    6. Chili Cheese Fries: If all this sugar is making your head spin, head to Casey's Corner, Peco's Bill's or Liberty Inn!
    7. Writer's Stop's Carrot Cake Cookie: This is like an oatmeal cream pie on steroids. The only problem is that when you stop at this hidden gem in Hollywood Studios, you'll also want to get a coffee drink to go with it.
    8. Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow in MK: I prefer the chicken's sweet and spicy flavor, but the fruit-filled waffle with Nutella is for two people. You can't use a Disney Dining Snack Credit for these, but they are in my tops for snacks.
    9. Hummus and Chips: You'll find these in many of the fresh fruit carts. It's healthier than popcorn.
    10. Kaki Gori: I know it's just shaved ice, but if you have a kid in your group, they'll be happy.

    Quick-Service:

Magic Kingdom: Grilled Salmon, Columbia Harbor House
    Epcot: ANYTHING from Sunshine Season's
DHS: Grilled Vegetable Sandwich, Backlot Express
    AK: Flame Tree Barbecue

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
