    As a follow up to my last question, can I buy a park hopper ticket just for my Animal Kingdom day? Buying one for my Magic Kingdom day seems pointless since we will spend the whole day there.

    If you have a multi-day ticket, and want to have the Park Hopper Option, then you must select it for all days. In other words, you have the choice to buy a multi-day Base ticket or a multi-day Park Hopper.  There is an exception, however.  Let me give you an example.  Say you purchase a 5-Day Base Ticket and utilize it for a couple days as such.  You can decide to upgrade that ticket to a Park Hopper within the fist 14 days of use of any Base Ticket.  Something else I would like to add…You may really enjoy the flexibility of the Park Hopper once you get there.  You may plan to stay at Magic Kingdom all day, but your plans could change. They often do;  at least in my own experience.   I hope this helps!
