A follow up to Allison, my question didn't get answered. We have Category 1 seating for Hoop Dee Doo a party of 18, I am wondering if they predetermine where we will be seated within Cate 1 or determine when we arrive? I have been told different things.

    Hi Patricia,

So sorry about that, but I am glad you stopped back by to clarify. It is my understanding that tables are assigned according to the order in which reservations were made. Obviously, policies and procedures can change without notice. The cast members always try their best to keep large parties together, but it may require being split up among several tables. But again, they will try to keep you all as close to each other as possible. There are a number of larger tables within category 1.

If you have further concerns or questions regarding your reservation, you might consider calling Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463). If you haven't done so already, you might want to have them note your 25th wedding anniversary celebration on your dining reservation. You never know when some special recognition might occur!

Again, sorry for the miscommunication on my part in my earlier answer. Have a wonderful time and enjoy the foot-stompin' fun!
