Hi there, Janet! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and ask your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort question!
Visiting Walt Disney World Resort can certainly be a taxing endeavor! From standing in queue lines to walking across the theme parks, there are more than enough activities to cause fatigue. Unfortunately, stools and folding chairs, regardless of size, do fall under the
list of prohibited items inside of Walt Disney World Parks. However, I may have a few tips to help you reduce fatigue when visiting the parks!
My first tip would be to stay hydrated! It is incredibly easy to become overheated and dehydrated in the Florida heat so be sure to drink water and hydrating drinks frequently. If you forget to bring water with you into the parks, you can always stop by any
Quick-Service Dining location that offers fountain drinks and receive a cup of ice water for free!
My next tip would be to schedule rest stops as frequently as needed. You and your family can grab a snack or rest in a nice shady area within the park during these scheduled times. You can also plan on experiencing indoor attractions, such as
The Hall of Presidents, to maximize your rest time by including an engaging attraction into that time!
Finally, if you are a
Guest with a disability, I would recommend stopping by Guest Relations to discuss some of their services and accommodations. As someone with numerous medical conditions, I've found Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members incredibly helpful and creative in helping me with some of my own concerns!
Have fun continuing to plan for your trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
