Hiya Ellen!
Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! On my last trip to Magic Kingdom Park, I got to take a ride down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., on
the omnibus for the first time, and it was so magical. I always love that I can feel like a kid again while visiting the theme parks, and I love that you want to experience that magic on your next trip too!
On my last trip, the family behind me on the omnibus was able to get on with their folded stroller. The stairs going up to the second level are pretty narrow, so it may be a bit challenging to bring your stroller upstairs, but the family behind me was able to do it! If you are ever unsure, all transportation on property has a stroller policy, so you can always
ask a Cast Member for help. The omnibus also has no set hours posted on the
Walt Disney World website. Still, it is usually available for a short time in the morning, starting at park opening. It is not, however, available during parade times. When in doubt, however, don't hesitate to ask a Cast Member. Indeed, I always look at Cast Members like real-life fairy godparents, as they can practically help you with anything and everything!
Now, Ellen, I am glad you are thinking about going to the theme parks for
early theme park entry, as that is one of the amazing perks Resort hotel Guests can benefit from. Indeed, that extra time in the parks can make such a big difference if you enjoy going on the rides, so I highly recommend that you take advantage of that perk. To make sure all goes smoothly, ensure that your
Resort hotel reservation is linked to the same account as your theme park ticket and that you have a valid
theme park reservation. Theme park reservations are required for early theme park entry and regular opening hours, so it is essential to make those reservations as soon as possible to get the theme parks you want!
I hope this was helpful, Ellen, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach back out. As Lilo said: "Ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten," and you are part of our planDisney Ohana too.
Have a magical day,
Ariane
