Hey there, Meghan. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. '
That sounds like a perfect arrival day if I do say so myself. Normally, on our check in day my family and I love to lounge by the pool in the morning and then spend the evening at
Disney Springs. To get to Disney Springs from
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is very easy, there is
complimentary bus transportation from your resort directly to Disney Springs. This is also where you'll find buses for the
Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Water Parks. It's so convenient. All you have to do is head up to the front of the resort, where you'll check in, and hop on a bus going to Disney Springs. You'll find the destination of each bus clearly marked on the front and the side of each bus. You'll also be able to see when the next bus is expected to arrive on the
My Disney Experience mobile app, so be sure to have that downloaded on your smartphone before your trip. If you are heading toward the bus stop and wondering if you have time to swing in the
End Zone Food Court for a beverage all you have to do is open the app. Then you'll click on your resort reservation. From there you'll see different options, one of those options will be "See Bus Times". You'll select that and be able to see when the next buses for each destination are set to arrive. The app updates the wait times in real time and gives a very accurate time frame. It's one of my favorite features to use on the app.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions before your vacation, please come back and ask. Enjoy!
