Flying to WDW from Phila. but one member of party is flying from Denver arriving at MCO 1.5 hours before us. Can she wait around in the airport until we arrive and we proceed together to ME check-in or are bus times dependent on flight arrival times?

    Hi, Melinda!

Thanks for bringing this question about Disney's Magical Express to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My family loves using Disney's Magical Express because it allows us to get our vacation started the moment we step off the plane! I'm happy to let you know that your friend can certainly wait in the airport until you arrive so that you can ride Disney's Magical Express together. Your Disney's Magical Express reservation is not tied to your flight time. Simply proceed to Disney's Magical Express when your party is ready and be sure to have your MagicBands easily accessible. You'll be all set!

Quick tip: Your luggage may arrive up to three hours after you do, so if you plan on exploring the theme parks or swimming in your Walt Disney World Resort hotel pool, be sure to pack what you need in a carry-on bag.

I hope this helps with your planning, Melinda. Please stop back and let me know if you have additional questions about your upcoming trip.

    Wishing you many magical memories!
