We are flying to WDW. We have the dinning plan. My concern is breakfast. Can we purchase breakfast at the hotel or can you take a Disney shuttle to a grocery store. Any help souls be great! Thanks

    Hi Melanie,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!

When I visit Walt Disney World, I like to grab breakfast and head quickly out into the theme parks. Those early morning hours are so great for touring the theme parks while many other guests are still sleeping! You will be able to get breakfast at any of the Walt Disney World resort hotels. Depending on your hotel, there may be quick service and/or table service options. On a recent stay at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, my family learned the joy of quickly grabbing some beignets at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory. For a more substantial breakfast, we enjoy the buffet at Boma - Flavors of Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, which includes both some African-inspired fare and some traditional American favorites. Also, at Walt Disney World resort hotels, you will typically find a selection of food items to purchase in merchandise locations that you can take back to your room and have for a quick breakfast.

Another option is to look at a company such as Garden Grocer, found online at gardengrocer.com. This online grocery store offers delivery of grocery items to Walt Disney World resort hotels.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Melanie. Please do let us know if you have any further questions!
