Greetings, Jennifer!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am happy to hear you are planning another Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
All Guests arriving at Orlando International Airport and staying at one of the Disney Resort Hotel properties are able to use
Disney's Magical Express Service. Flying Frontier Airlines won't make your arrival any different, you will still receive luggage tags and be able to proceed directly to Disney's Magical Express area while your bags will later be delivered directly to your room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge should you desire. What you may have read is that Frontier Airlines does not participate in the Resort Airline Check-In service. This means you will not be able to check your baggage and receive your boarding pass at the Resort and instead will need to take your luggage to the airport with you on the Disney's Magical Express Motorcoach.
On departure day, Disney's Magical Express is usually scheduled around 3 hours before your scheduled flight. If this happens to be later in the day (after check-out) you can arrange for Bell Services at the Resort to hold your luggage until you are ready to board your motorcoach. This allows you to visit a park, dine or shop without lugging your bags around. Just be sure to return to the resort with plenty of time to get your items back from Bell Services and board your scheduled motorcoach.
Have a wonderful vacation, Jennifer, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with!
Pixie Dust,
Lauren
