Hi! Will be flying with Southwest Airline when coming to WDW. Is this airline one that participates in resort early check-ins/boarding pass when flying back home? If not how can I do this when using DME. I am hearing conflicting stories.....thanks!!!!

    Hi Michael,

I often fly Southwest and use Disney's Magical Express.  At the times I've travelled Southwest has not been one of the airlines that participates in the Resort Airline Check-In feature.  Having said that, you can certainly print out your boarding pass ahead of time.  I usually go to the concierge and they are happy to do it, or they'll direct you to a kiosk dedicated to printing out boarding passes.

When you board Magical Express, you simply give your luggage to the driver to stow in the luggage compartments.  He'll get your luggage for you when you arrive at the airport, and you'll take it up to the Southwest check-in counter and check your luggage.  Of course, if you have only carry-on luggage you can bypass that step and proceed to security.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
