Hi Sheila, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
As long as you can ward off any jealousy coming from your husband and son based on the fact that you will be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort two days before their arrival, you will not have any problem making arrangements for their
Disney's Magical Express complimentary transportation from the Orlando International Airport to your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Just be sure to greet them with some tasty Mickey bars as they step off the motorcoach, and hopefully you will once again be back in their good books!
To confirm your husband and son's transportation on Disney's Magical Express, you can do so online when making your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or by contacting Disney's Magical Express by phone at (407) 939-1936. Prior to your trip, you will receive a package containing luggage tags for your husband and son which they can place on their checked baggage, thereby allowing them to bypass the luggage carousel at the airport and proceed directly to Disney's Magical Express located in the Ground Transportation Area on Side B, Level 1 of the airport. (Please note that if your husband and son are arriving between 10pm and 5am, they will have to pick up their own checked baggage before proceeding to Disney's Magical Express.)
Be sure to order
Magic Bands when making your Resort hotel reservation. They will be mailed to your family shortly before your trip and can then be used by your husband and son when checking in at the Magical Express counter. Otherwise, they will need their Magical Express documentation which will be mailed with their luggage tags.
Happy Travels,
Trish
