We are flying in to Sanford airport on allegiant is there transportaton from there? If we rent a car do you still need to pay 69.00 fee for port transfer? If we leave a car how much is it to park it?

    Hi, Karen!

Ground transportation by Disney Cruise Line is available for purchase to Port Canaveral from Orlando International Airport (MCO) only. However, there are still options from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) including by taxi, car service or shuttle. Of course, there are several car rental companies at SFB, too. You can research your various options at orlandosanfordairport.com.

The $69 per person port transfer fee applies only if you're transferring from MCO to Port Canaveral, and if you decide to rent a car, it costs approximately $15 per day to park your car at the port terminal. It will be worth the effort to figure out the cost breakdown for each option for you (depending on how many are traveling). One thing you need to consider is that it's approximately 65 miles (over an hour without traffic) from SFB to Port Canaveral. That will be a key factor when figuring one mode of transportation over another.

I hope this helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
