If we are flying in at 10:30pm do we have to grab our own luggage or will it still show up at our room while sleeping?

    Greetings, Roger!

Disney's Magical Express Bus Service is the ultimate way to begin a magical vacation.
This complementary service is available for guests arriving at Orlando International Airport and staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel - and it's so nice to be able to relax and let Disney do the driving.

Guests with flight arrival times after 10pm must retrieve their own luggage from baggage claim before heading to the Magical Express check-in kiosk. Cast Members definitely do not want to wake you by delivering your bags during the night.

Another tip I have for you to help your journey go smoothly, is to have your MagicBands in your carryon bag. Once you arrive at the check-in kiosk, the attendant will need to scan your MagicBand to confirm your reservation and direct you to the appropriate bus line. My family likes to put on our MagicBands when the plane touches down. It's our "yay! We are here!" moment. Safe travels, Roger! And have a magical vacation!
