I will be flying into Orlando for a wonderful Disney Experience in May. I have resort reservations, which I can find on my Disney experience, does the magical express transportation also show up on My Disney Experience?

    Hi Melissa,

Disney's Magical Express is my favorite way to signal to my brain that our incredible vacation has begun! After a day of travel, the big Mickey sign on the first floor of side B at Orlando International Airport is such a welcome sight!  I love the ease of bypassing the luggage area, and the magic of that first scan of my MagicBand at the podium before boarding the luxurious bus with those comfortable seats. We simply settle in for the relaxing ride to our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. You are going to love it!

No, your reservation for Disney's Magical Express will not show in your My Disney Experience Account. It is handled through a third party - Mears Transportation - and so is not linked.  Hakkuna Matata, have no worries!  About 30-days before your magical arrival, you will receive a packet in the mail that contains a map to find your way to the pick-up area, confirmation of your reservation, and your luggage tags. Simply attach those to your checked bags before reaching your departing airport, and your belongings will appear in your room up to three hours after arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.  It doesn't get much easier than that.

I hope that helps!  Come back and visit us with any other questions, Melissa.  We love to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

"To all who come to this happy place, welcome." I am the lucky wife to my brave Prince and a stay-at-home mom to two bold and brilliant little girls; one a Jedi Padawan and the other a Princess. Joining the Disney Vacation Club meant that our family could travel to a "World of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy" as often as we could sneak away, so we do! I would be thrilled to sprinkle a little Pixie Dust on your next unforgettable vacation. Learn More About Sally
