We are flying into Orlando at 2:00PM, we are staying at All Star Music - we made dinner plans at San Angel Inn for 5:30 in Epcot - are we crazy to reserve a time - will we be rushed crazy to get to the reservation?

What's up, Matthew? Are you crazy? Heh. Crazy awesome!

But... a little crazy too. It's going to be tight, like standing room only at a Boyz to Men concert in Philly in the early '90s. But with a little discipline, you stand a decent chance of pulling it off. Here's how:

Before you depart - as many as 10 days before your arrival, take advantage of Disney's Online Check-in service.

For your flight, make sure you place Magical Express luggage tags on all your bags so there's nothing for you to pick up when your flight touches down. In fact, try to do online check in for your flight too, and select seats near the front of the plane to get a jump on disembarking.

When your plane lands, proceed at a brisk walk through MCO and go directly to the Disney Welcome Center. Check in there and proceed directly to the bus waiting area for the bus to All Star Music. When you arrive at your resort, pick up your welcome packet at the Online Check-in area. Check your carry on luggage with Bell Services and go directly to the bus waiting area for a bus to Epcot. If you're super short on time and you don't see a bus in the first 5 minutes, hail a cab to Epcot. It'll cost you $15 but it'll only take 15 minutes.

It'll take you about 15 minutes to hoof it from the entrance to Mexico.

Long story short: it's potentially do-able, but see if there's a later reservation available before you go through with it.
