We are flying in late Tuesday night. We want to hit a park on Wednesday we were thinking of doing the animal kingdom since we will probably be a little tired from the full day of traveling before. or should we do a different park.

Hi Dan,

My family loves going to Animal Kingdom. We find it very relaxing and beautiful. I think this would be a great park to go to the day after you arrive. I would recommend arriving at park open which is usually 9:00 am since the it closes early than other parks. My favorite attractions are the Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids, and Primeval Whirl. There are many wonderful shows you can experience as well. The Flights of Wonder show teaches you all about the magnificent birds such as owls, cranes, macaws, eagles, and ibis. You are able to see these birds up close. The Festival of the Lion King show is an amazing Broadway-style stage performance with animated animals, colorful props, and dynamic performers who fly through the air. This is not to be missed! Finally, I would recommend seeing the Finding Nemo Show. This musical is just beautiful with life-sized puppets that tell the story of Nemo and his Dad.
