We will be flying out in Jan. on United. I read that currently guests who use resort check-in are exempt from the airline's checked bag fee but it is subject to change at anytime. How do we find that info out when it gets closer? Thank you!

    Hello Stacie,

My family always makes use of Resort Airline Check-In. It's so convenient to receive my boarding pass and check in my luggage at my Resort. All you need is your hotel room key and a photo ID up to three hours prior to our flight departure time. Easy.

I checked for you -- Guests need to pay their luggage fees ahead of time. You will need to call Baggage Airline Guest Services at 407-284-1231 prior to checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk. The only time fees are waived are when you have some sort of arrangement with your frequent flier miles or a credit card program.

    I hope this helps!
