    Was flying granddaughter Down today for an Epcot visit her mom found out yesterday she has covid so my grand has to quarantine- ticket is for Saturday hubby and I still coming can I get reimbursement or credit for her already purchased ticket

     Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Donna. I'm so sorry to hear your visit with your granddaughter has to be postponed - what a disappointment! Let's chat about her unused theme park ticket. 

     Theme park tickets are non-refundable, but you may be able to apply the purchase value of your granddaughter's unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. Isn't that wonderful?  A ticketing specialist will be happy to assist you over the telephone when you are ready to apply the value of the wholly unused ticket toward a new ticket. Simply call (407) 560-2428. You may also visit Guest Relations for assistance while you're in Epcot. The Cast Members there would be delighted to discuss your options with you!

     Be sure to check out the new entrance fountain while you're visiting Epcot with your husband. It's especially beautiful in the evening!
