    We are flying down in Sept 2012 with our 20 month old son. I've requested a pack and play for him. I'm not sure if there is a charge for these and if they are guarenteed. Thanks

    Hi Allaina! There is no charge for a crib / pack and play at any Disney owned and operated hotel. I don't know if they are "guaranteed", but I have never heard of Disney running out. I called two hotels and they both said they have never not had a crib for a guest and they have never heard of Disney running out either! I hope this helps! Write back if you have any more questions!
