The answer is yes, your Disney resort will have a bell services desk where you can store your bags until your room is ready. It is what my family does with our carry-ons on our arrival day as well. That way we can travel light in the parks, or in your case to
Disney Springs.
Now you did mention looking for somewhere to store your luggage, and not just your carry-ons. One of the great perks of using
Disney's Magical Express is the service that will pick up your checked bags at the airport and deliver them directly to your resort room.
The way it works is you will receive luggage tags in the mail prior to traveling to Orlando. You attach these to your checked bags at your home airport before checking them in with the airline. When you arrive at the Orlando International Airport you don't even go to gather your bags from the carousel. The tags do all the work for you! Disney picks up the bags and transports them to your resort. When your room is ready they even deliver them to the room, even if you are not there. This is a complimentary part of the Magical Express service, and all you have to do is tell them how many bags you plan to check when you make your Magical Express service reservation. You can do that all by calling (407) 939-1936. If you are checking bags you should consider taking advantage of this great service. It really starts your vacation off right by not having to lug around all those heavy suitcases!
