We are flying into Orlando/Stanford. The Disney shuttle is not provided from that airport. Do you have any recommendations for shuttle services?

    Hi Sara!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Our regional airport has a direct flight to the Orlando Sanford International Airport, so we fly there frequently. If you go to the airport's website (www.orlandosanfordairport.com), they have a tab for "ground transportation" that lists all of the available taxi/limo/shuttle options for you. Each company's contact information is provided so you can call them for current pricing.

We have used a variety of ways to get from that airport to our Walt Disney World Resort, and have found that using Uber or Lyft is the most economical way. Our favorite thing to do is to rent a car. We can usually get a rental car for around $50 more than what we would pay for a ride-share service. However, the Walt Disney World Resorts have recently started charging a parking fee for resort parking. This will definitely be a factor in future decisions about renting a car or just using Uber.

If you need car seats or other accommodations, I recommend calling the shuttle services provided on their website to see who can meet your needs at the best price. Since we have teenage boys, that is no longer a factor for us.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
