We fly in Wednesday and will likely arrive at our resort before checkin, will there be a place for us to leave our luggage securely so we can explore the area?

    Hi Jodi! Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited for you to arrive at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel in just a few days! All of the resorts are decorated in their Christmas best and are absolutely gorgeous. Make sure to take some time to explore the resort. Each resort has a unique theme and there are a lot of details to take in!

I always try to arrive early on my check-in day and leave late on my departure day so I can squeeze in as much magic as possible! You'll be happy to know that you can leave your luggage with Bell Services at your resort. This is completely complimentary, but I always have some cash on hand to tip the helpful Cast Members. Your luggage will be stored in a secure area while you begin exploring the Walt Disney World Resort!

When your room is ready and you need your luggage, you can either stop by Bell Services and retrieve your luggage or call Bell Services from your room and ask for it to be brought to you. You have to be present in your room for them to deliver it, but they are usually pretty quick!

I hope this helps, Jodi! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
