    Hi Moms. We fly to WDW in two days! Our stay is 8/1 - 8/10. Any special events, for example, 'runs' that might mean certain areas will be no-go areas during our stay? Just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for all your planning help.

    Hi Emma!  Welcome back to the Moms Panel.  Looking at the upcoming calendar for the beginning of August I don't see anything happening "event-wise" that should cause excessive crowds in any one place at Walt Disney World.  Just the normal summer crowds should be at the parks, so you should be just fine to head to whichever park you choose on any given day!
