Hi there, Emily, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you're planning a quick trip to Walt Disney World Resort! It's so wise to be thinking ahead about your logistics, so that you can make the most out of your magical day.
A quick day trip to Walt Disney World Resort is something that my family loves to do when we're at a nearby beach. We do something different each time, but most recently, we booked an
Advance Dining Reservation at
Sebastian's Bistro, played table tennis outside of the lobby at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, then hopped onto the
Disney Skyliner to
EPCOT. After that, we rode the boat to
Disney's Hollywood Studios, where we were able to see the fireworks across the water before boarding the Disney Skyliner to take us back to the resort. We had a blast exploring!
Emily, I know you're hoping to use a rideshare service to take you to
Disney's POP Century Resort for breakfast before heading in for a fun day at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I reached out to a helpful Cast Member who let me know that it currently isn't possible to visit a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel without a reservation to dine or stay. If you're set on eating there, you could take the Skyliner from Disney's Hollywood Studios. Alternatively, you could grab breakfast once you arrive at the park. There are lots of awesome breakfast options, but I have to recommend these two:
- Say, "Bright suns!" with the Ronto Morning Wrap at Ronto Roasters in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge - place a Mobile Food & Beverage Order on your My Disney Experience Mobile App to reduce your wait time for this amazing and filling breakfast item.
- On your way to The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, grab a Waffle Platter, featuring Mickey-shaped Waffles with fresh berries and cream, and a Mimosa at Hollywood Scoops.
Emily, I hope this is helpful! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you plan this short, but sweet, visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
See you real soon!
Jennifer
