We fly in to mlb, fl on the day of departure we arrive at 11:30 am are we going to have plenty of time to load ship. This is our first cruise.

    Hi, Christopher!

If you're flying into Melbourne, FL on Embarkation Day, you should have enough time to drive the 25+ miles to Port Canaveral if you arrive before noon.  Since there are no Disney Cruise Line ground transportation options from that airport, you may want to make prior arrangements with a taxi, private driver or car rental company.  You'll need to factor in claiming your luggage and securing your transportation in your schedule. You can take Highway 1 (the scenic route), or you can take I-95 for a faster commute.  Without traffic, it should take less than an hour.

The only thing I would caution you about is if you're traveling during the winter and if your flight has a connection.  In the South, we don't have to think about snow very often, but it can really make you nervous on Embarkation Day if flights are delayed or cancelled. I hope this helps you plan.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
