We fly out later in the day our last day at 7 pm Can we store our suitcases - carry on size x2 in a locker when we arrive or do we need to reserve one and how much for a larger size locker for a day?

    Hi there, Carla!

Welcome back to planDisney! I know how important it is to squeeze in every possible minute at the parks, even on the last day of a trip. I'm happy to help!

There are lockers available to rent at the Disneyland Resort just outside the parks. Extra-large lockers measure 15” wide, by 23” high, by 22.6” deep. Jumbo lockers measure 18” wide, by 25” high, by 37” deep. There is a limited number of lockers and they cannot be reserved in advance. You can find the daily rental cost on this webpage.

Lockers are inside the security checkpoint, so you'll need to make sure that your suitcases don't contain anything that is on the Prohibited Items list in the Park Rules and Regulations and plan some time for your bag to be searched. I usually choose to leave my luggage with the front desk at my hotel to avoid having to roll it to the park and go through security. If your hotel is within walking distance (or a quick ride share) that's what I would suggest for you, too!

When it comes to packing the bag that I take into the parks with me I always have a water bottle (there are filling stations across the parks) and some favorite snacks! Some sunscreen, lip balm, and over-the-counter pain relievers are a good idea, too. Add in some sunglasses and a portable battery for your phone to keep the Disneyland Mobile App running and you should be good to go!

The countdown to your trip is on, Carla! Let us know if you have other questions.

    Keep moving forward!
