    Hello, I fly in to Disney World Thursday at 2:00pm for star wars weekend. If I sign up for the new balance que the night before the expo and I get a early morning time, but I am not in orlando yet will they still see me if I am late to my appointment.

    The New Balance runDisney shoes are so cute!  I get so excited when a new design comes out.

    Technically, you are supposed to return to the New Balance Booth within an hour of your callback time.  The website states:  "you’ll need to get there within an hour of your call­back notice to ensure access to your requested shoe."

    If you get to the expo over an hour after your callback time, I would head straight to the booth and explain your situation.  My flight was delayed for Tinkerbell Half Marathon last year and I missed my appointment time. I told them what happened and they allowed me to enter right away.  I can't promise you that they will, but I am sure they understand that sometimes things come up.  They won't be able to guarantee that they still have your requested shoe/size then, but they've been doing a great job at replenishing stock lately to meet demand.
