Hi! I have never been to the Flower and Garden Fest, but would love to go in 2017. Is there a time when the plants/flowers are especially in bloom? Is the start of the fest too early to go or is the end is too late? What else should I know? Thank you!!

    Hello Courtney,

I'm so glad you asked this question because that means I get to talk about one of my favorite events!

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is a visual and literal feast. Not only are there gorgeous flowers and topiaries filling the park, you'll want to come hungry because the aroma of delicious cuisine floats all around the fabulous Outdoor Kitchens and they are impossible to resist!

The festival blooms will be amazing from beginning to end. Each time I have visited it's as if the flowers were blooming for the first time. I really think you will love it no matter when you visit.

As more information is released for the 2017 event, you may find that there are special tastings or guided tours you are interested in. Keep in mind that most Epcot Flower & Garden Festival events are included with your park admission, but some of these smaller special events may have an added cost or require a reservation.

I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the details as they are released. It's truly a fantastic event!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Courtney. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you plan.
