We are going to Florida for vacation and want to spend one day at Disney but we have a very large group of about 17 people is there a discount for one day passes for large groups?

    Welcome to planDisney, Tiffany.

Thanks for choosing to be our Guest. Wow, that's a big group of people! The more the merrier! Before you arrive, make sure you check out what's happening for The World's Most Magical Celebration. Some of my personal highlights include the Beacons of Magic displays, the Fab 50 Character Collection, the whimsical and thrilling Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, the nighttime spectacular, Harmonious, at EPCOT, and Disney KiteTails at Disney's Animal Kingdom. I'm sure you'll have a magical time!

Tiffany, when it comes to getting discounts on tickets, you can currently save $20 per ticket when you purchase 3-day tickets online. And with each extra day you visit the Theme Parks that discount increases. The general rule is, "The more you play, the less you pay per day." There are also discounts on accommodation for large groups. However, these discounts are only offered when ten or more rooms are booked at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Tiffany, if you're only visiting the Theme Parks for one day, then your party wouldn't qualify for any of these discounts, I'm afraid. I realize that's not the news you were hoping for. You can always keep checking the special offers page in case anything pops up.

If you wanted to save money in other ways, here are a few tips:

    • Bring your own snacks.
    • Bring your own refillable water bottles.
    • Bring your own poncho (in case of rain).
    • Skip the fine dining and enjoy some of the fantastic quick-service restaurants. If you want some recommendations, then some of my personal favorites are Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom Park, Ronto Roasters at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Satu'li Canteen at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and just about any quick-service restaurant around World Showcase in EPCOT. Also, if you'd like to save time, the Mobile Order service is available at many quick-service locations. This enables you to order your food ahead of time and pick it up when you're ready. Time is money!
I hope you and your bunch of Incredibles have an enchanting visit. If you have any more questions or would like recommendations and tips, don't hesitate to ask. We're always here for you at planDisney.
