For Florida Residents, 1.Does a day pass to Magic Kingdom include the monorail so that we can ride to lunch in one of the hotels? 2. Is there a "good" map of Magic Kingdom that includes the monorail system somewhere on the website, not cutesy one

    Hi Jean!

Absolutely! Admittance to the Walt Disney World theme parks includes usage of the complimentary Disney Transportation system! You are Disney's Guest for the day!

You may certainly choose to board the Monorail from the gates at Magic Kingdom. Be sure to board the Resort Monorail which stops, in order after leaving Magic Kingdom station, at Disney's Contemporary Resort, the Transportation and Ticket Center, Disney's Polynesian Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian resort. The Express Monorail only services the Transportation and Ticket Center and Magic Kingdom. You may also choose to take one of the resort boat launches which service the resorts mentioned above as well as Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort and Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.

The best listing of official Maps of Walt Disney World are on the website at the link I've provided.
If you'd like to see alternate views, try 'google searching' Walt Disney World maps in the 'Images' category. If you have additional questions about the Monorail routes or restaurants and resorts located on the Monorail system in particular, please write me back and I'll be more than happy to assist you.
