Hello: I am a Florida resident and trying to purchase their annual passes.. I have been on their website all day and cant find the option to purchase. Can I purchase them online or do I have to actually go there?

    Hi Elizabeth,

Welcome back to planDisney! As a Florida resident and longtime passholder, I'm always eager to sing the praises of a Walt Disney World annual pass and certainly understand why you are interested. Easy access to the Most Magical Place on Earth is one of the benefits of living in the state.

During the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, however, sales of new annual passes -- for Florida residents and all guests -- have been suspended. Guests who already have annual passes may renew but no new ones are being issued at this time.

I'm hopeful sales will begin again soon as conditions change and evolve and as more attractions, resorts and restaurants continue to reopen. I'd suggest keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, the source of all the news and updates on happenings at Walt Disney World. Meanwhile, there are special ticket offers for Florida residents that you may want to take advantage of.

Thanks for stopping by, Elizabeth. Please check back again if we can help in any way.
