    I have Florida Resident Seasonal Passes that are up for renewal, I would like to upgrade them to the Annual Pass and do the Florida Resident payment program, can I do this online or should I give you a call? And will I receive new Annual Passes vs Seas?

    Hi there, Heather!

    When you are doing a Walt Disney World Pass renewal and upgrade, you can make the change either online or in person. Setting up the monthly payment option is exclusively available online or in person; it cannot be set up on the telephone.

    The monthly payment is good on the following qualifying passes: "a Florida Resident Premium Annual Pass, Florida Resident Annual Pass, Florida Resident Seasonal Pass, Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass or Florida Resident Epcot After 4 Annual Pass."

    As you go through the sign-up process at the Florida Resident Tickets and Passes site, you will be prompted to choose the Pass you wish to purchase using the monthly payment program.
