Hello, I am a Florida resident and a season pass holder. I’m planning on taking my grandchildren June 30-July 9 and trying to figure out out to purchase 4 day park hopper tickets on the app.

    Hiya, Tracy! Welcome to planDisney!

Planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth with your grandchildren sounds lovely, Tracy. In my opinion, there’s no better place to create magical moments with your loved ones. I’m sure you’ll all have a great time, and I’m certain this is something your grandchildren will remember for years to come!

To answer your question, I have good news. Purchasing tickets on the My Disney Experience app is fairly straightforward, so let’s dive right in. When you launch the app and reach the welcome screen, you’ll see icons at the very bottom of the screen. Tap on the “+” icon, which is the middle icon. From here, tap the “Buy Tickets and Passes” box and then select the “Theme Park Tickets” box. The next menu will prompt you to select the number of days you’d like to purchase, along with the start date of your tickets.

You’ll then be prompted to choose the type of ticket you’d like to purchase. You’ll have the option to select 1 Park Per Day tickets, the Water Park and Sports Option, the Park Hopper Option, or the Park Hopper Plus Option. You’ll then select the number of tickets you need for Guests ages 3-9 or ages 10+. Lastly, you’ll be prompted to complete your purchase. And that’s it! Once you locate the “Buy Tickets and Passes” option mentioned above, the process is very user-friendly. Simply follow the prompts on the screen.

Your visit will be during the Cool Kids Summer event happening across Walt Disney World Resort. There will be a ton of fun offerings across the parks to celebrate. This includes Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, GoofyCore at CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT, Jessie’s Roundup: A Rip-Roarin’ Revue at Magic Kingdom Park, just to name a few! Disney Parks Blog recently posted a helpful article highlighting the new and returning offerings.

I hope you’ll find this information useful, Tracy. If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit with your grandchildren, please come back and see us here at planDisney. We’re always happy to help!

    See you real soon!
