As a florida resident, can I purchase walt Disney world passes for visiting family?

Howdy, neighbor! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

As a fellow FL resident and Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, I love taking advantage of all the wonderful added perks we get as AP’s; like the current 20% discount on select merchandise and select restaurants throughout the Walt Disney World Resort to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort!

Jo, I’m happy to hear you’ll get to share the magic with visiting family. Unfortunately, adults over the age of 18 must have proof of FL residency in order to use a discounted Florida Resident ticket. But, if it helps, you could purchase them for the kids or anyone under the age of 18.

I hope you all have a wonderful time when you visit! Please do come back and see us soon if you have any more questions.

TTFN- Ta ta for now! ~ Emille

As a proud mom of two, I’ve spent nearly a decade living in Orlando, where Walt Disney World is practically my backyard. When I’m not soaking in the magic of Main Street, U.S.A., I’m here to help fellow Disney fans craft their own unforgettable adventures—because the best Disney stories are the ones we write together. Let’s make some magic!
