I have a Florida Resident Pixie Pass. I’m blocked 1/17-1/19 during the first weekend of the festival of the arts. I’d like to buy a 3-day/3-park FL. Resident set of tickets. Is this possible?

    Hiya Terry,

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your ticket question! EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is truly one of my favorites—it’s like stepping right into a living masterpiece. From the imaginative bites and vibrant art booths around World Showcase to the color-your-own, this festival is pure creativity come to life.

Now, let’s dive right into your question! If you’re referring to the Florida Residents: Special 3-Day, 3-Park Ticket that’s currently being offered, I do want to share a quick note of clarity. Unfortunately, that particular ticket won’t work for your Festival of the Arts visit. It’s only valid for use October 5 through December 23, 2025, and requires an advance park reservation. Since the festival doesn’t kick off until January 16, it falls outside the eligible dates for that offer.

Since your pass is blocked out, you are welcome to purchase other tickets. I always recommend taking a peek at the Special Offers page—sometimes Figment himself dreams up a little extra pixie-dusted savings for Florida Residents! Please note that those offers don’t last forever, so if you see something, be sure to jump on it.  Also, be sure to have valid residency proof handy, such as a Florida driver's license, state-issued ID, or Florida-based military ID.

Another magical option is upgrading your Pixie Pass. If your pass is eligible, you can put the price you originally paid toward a higher-tier Annual Pass—subject to availability, of course. You can do this right in the My Disney Experience app by tapping My Tickets & Passes and selecting Change Ticket if the option appears. Or, if you prefer a little human magic, you can upgrade in person or over the phone with a friendly Cast Member.

Before your visit, I also highly recommend checking out the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates on Festival of the Arts offerings—new merchandise, special activities, food booths, Figment surprises, and the whole colorful palette!

Terry, I hope your festival visit is filled with creativity, color, and maybe even a little spark of Figment’s imagination. If you have any more questions, please stop by again.

    See ya real soon,

    Christina
