If I am a Florida resident & have a Pixie Dust Pass & I am a DVC member, can I get into Mickey's not so scary hallowenn?

Boo to you, Jennifer, and please allow me to give you a not-so-scary welcome to planDisney! Your trip will be here before you know it, and there's still time left for your plans to materialize. You've come to the right place because I'm happy to help you with your question about admission to my favorite extra ticketed event of the year, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I already have my ticket secured, and I've been watching closely as this year's details have been released.

Magic Kingdom closes to day Guests at 6 PM each night when a party is held. Those who have purchased party tickets for that night's event will be given a wristband showing they are a party Guest. Cast Members will begin to clear the park of day Guests once the park officially closes, and anyone who doesn't have a wristband indicating they're a party ticket holder for that night will be ushered toward the exit. I've even seen a few stragglers get escorted out in the past. So, if you're hoping to attend one of this year's parties, and I highly recommend that you do, you'll need to purchase a ticket to the event. I'm happy to share that Annual Passholders and eligible Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket for event dates from August 7 to October 2, 2026, subject to availability.

There is so much to do at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. First and foremost for me, I love being able to trick-or-treat in my Halloween costume as an adult, following costume guidelines, of course. At home, I'm usually the one passing out the candy, so to be treated in The Most Magical Place on Earth is extra special. I also look forward to seeing The Headless Horseman ride through Magic Kingdom. While the party is Not-So-Scary, the soundtrack he rides to is quite eerie, lest we not forget we're celebrating Halloween, after all. I also really love the Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. Not to give too many spoilers, but the gravediggers from the Haunted Mansion are my favorites. Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, the party-exclusive fireworks show, is also not to be missed.

Jennifer, if you decide to purchase a ticket to the Halloween party during your trip, I hope you have a frightfully, or maybe that should be frightlessly, good time. If you think of any other planning questions we can help you with, please hurry back. There's always room for one more.

    Grab hold of your dreams!
