Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Thomas!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question today. It looks like you'll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort in just over a month –– is the excitement starting to set in yet? While it might seem far away now, I bet these last few weeks will fly by! As a Florida Resident, be sure to check out the
Florida Residents Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World website. There, you'll find great deals on Walt Disney World theme park tickets and Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms that are available exclusively for Florida residents. If you ask me, it's the perfect way to save a few dollars, which you can put towards an extra DOLE Whip or two during your visit –– talk about sweet savings, right?
The number of days you have to use a Walt Disney World theme park ticket
depends on the type of ticket you purchase. In your case, if you purchase a 3-day ticket, your ticket will expire 5 days after the selected start date. This means that if you purchase a base ticket with a start date of September 29th, your ticket will be valid any days between September 29th and October 3rd.
Once you've purchased your tickets, be sure that you also make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system. Remember, you'll need a theme park reservation, in addition to valid admission, for the first park you plan to visit each day (if your ticket includes the Park Hopper Option, you'll be able to jump to your second park beginning at 2 PM without making an additional reservation). Lately, Disney Park Pass reservations for some parks have been filling up as the dates get closer, so I recommend making those as soon as possible for the best availability.
Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Thomas. I'm wishing you lots of pixie dust during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
