    If a florida resident gifts you an incredi pass but uses the option where they pay monthly payments. Since that option is not available for out of state guest, would they still be able to use the pass?

    Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I know everyone was excited to hear the news that Walt Disney World Annual Pass sales are resuming on April 20, 2023. 

    I reached out to a Cast Member at the Annual Passholder line to get some clarification on your situation. The Cast Member explained to me that the Monthly Payment Program is only available to Florida residents. Proof of Florida Residency must be provided to utilize the Monthly Payment Program. The Annual Pass that is linked to the monthly payments can then only be used by the Florida resident.

    I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for Ashleigh, but you still have an opportunity to purchase a Disney Incredi-Pass on April 20, 2023! Annual Passes will be available to purchase online no earlier than 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 20. Annual Passes are subject to availability and may sell out, so I recommend trying to purchase early in the day. If you have any further questions about the Annual Passes, you can speak to a Cast Member with the Annual Pass Team at the number listed under “Annual Passholders.”
