    Are the Florida Resident Epcot "After 4" tickets considered Annual Passes? If we were to buy those tickets would we get the dining/shopping discounts that other Annual Passes get?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Epcot's After 4 pass, a Florida Resident exclusive, is definitely an Annual Pass, and it includes many of the same benefits that the other Annual Passes offer.  This includes:

    Complimentary MagicBands
    Exclusive Passholder Communications (Mickey Monitor)
    Parking at theme parks
    Special discounts and limited-time offers for resort stays, dining, merchandise & more

    That's the wording on www.disneyworld.com for all of the Annual Passes, so the answer is yes...you do get the same discounts!  One more thing...you can also use them during the park's special events, Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
