    I am a Florida resident and I booked a room at Port Orleans Riverside for November 20, I saw that is the time for Florida Resident Magical Holiday but I'm unable to get the room rate that is listed. Will I get it when I check in.

    When Special Offers are listed, you must book at that rate to receive any discounts. The number of rooms available at the promotional rate is limited, and there are usually additional restrictions (room type, travel dates). If you are not having any luck finding that rate online, you might want to try calling a friendly Cast Member at (407)939-1936 to see if the special offer can be applied to your current reservation. Please note that your rate will not be adjusted at check-in unless you have updated your reservation with any applicable Special Offers. 

    Once you get past all the booking details, you can look forward to your magical stay at the beautiful Port Orleans Riverside. Hopefully you will plan some time off from the parks to enjoy your resort. Relax by one of the many pools, rent a bike, or even do some catch-and-release fishing. The fun never ends! You might also want to take a leisurely stroll along the Sassagoula River to sister resort Port Orleans French Quarter. Pop into the food court for a made-to-order batch of beignets. It will definitely be worth the 15 minute walk!
