    As an Florida Resident AP Holder, will we gain information as to the start date of the Festival of Fantasy Parade before non-passholders or do we just have to check the website the same? Can't wait!!!!

    I'm with you...it should be pretty exciting!!
    News travels pretty fast these days, so I don't think you will get exclusive notice on the new parade. In fact, it will probably appear first on the Disney Parks Blog, so I would be checking there frequently.
