Hello Kristy!
Welcome again to planDisney! My family has enjoyed the dining plan so many times over the years but have yet to enjoy it this year. We love how convenient it is and how when used for
Character Dining and fancy Table Service meals it is a great value.
I am an
Annual Passholder and found that the only way I can add a dining plan to my trip is to have a reservation booked at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. The dining plan is linked to the Resort stay and not the visit itself. The number of meals and snacks allotted to you is based on the nights of your stay. Most guests purchase packages with tickets and Resort stay so it's straightforward to add the dining plan but those with Annual Passes don't need the package as our tickets are already in our possession. So, when I book a stay with my
Special Passholder discount I can also add the dining plan by making a
call to Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. I'm sorry if this is not the answer you wanted but know that if you wanted to try even one night at a Resort to make use of one day's worth of the dining plan you may find it to be a fun escape!
This s
ummer at Walt Disney World Resort is looking to be very exciting! I'm especially excited about the sing-along called ¡Celebración Encanto! that will be held from June 10 to September 6, 2024. You will find me talking about Bruno quite a bit over the next few months. Let's not forget the grand opening of
Tiana's Bayou Adventure which does not yet have an opening date. The hope is that it is very soon!
I hope this helps and you have a magical time!
Happy Planning!
