I am a Florida resident. Will I be able to purchase Florida resident passes for my family as well as my 17 year old niece and an international exchange student (also 17) will both be staying with us?

    Hi Angela!

I just love all of the Walt Disney World perks of being a Florida resident!  The new Florida Resident Discover Disney Ticket that was released just last week is a great deal and is flexible if you would like to add an extra day or the park hopper option allowing you to visit more than one theme park in a single day.  Of course the various Florida resident annual passes are what I gravitate towards since we like to visit as often as possible.  Another great perk of being a Florida resident is being able to pay for annual passes in monthly installments instead of up front all at once.

With the Florida resident tickets and passes come restrictions and the biggest one is that valid Florida identification for each adult using these tickets or passes is required, so you will not be able to purchase these special discounted tickets for friends and family who cannot show proper Florida ID.  If your you would like to purchase for are also Florida residents, you are more than welcome to purchase for them, but let them know they'll need to show their ID when using them.

    Have a magical day!
