    How many floors are there in The Caribbean Resort? If multiple levels, are there elevators?

    Hey John-

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Get your sword, eye patch and talking parrot ready as your family become Pirates of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This is a unique property where the buildings have two stories and no elevators. If you have difficulty with stairs then you may request a lowest floor or first floor either during online check-in through My Disney Experience or by calling 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639).

    Disney Dad Tip: Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is very large and has lots of extra amenities. Head to Barefoot Bay Boat Yard and Bike Works to rent Sea Raycers, Pontoon boats, Boston Whaler Montauk boats or even Surrey bikes.
